Brexit and the transfer of personal data outside of the European Union

We are delighted to confirm that the Brexit agreement reached means that organisations based in the EU/EEA can continue to transfer personal data to us.

This is because the UK will maintain high standards of protection for personal data which includes the same regulatory framework for data protection as in the EU. A full explanatory document about this from the UK government is available here. If you have any doubts about this, we would encourage you to review this to satisfy yourselves that the UK is a safe destination for personal data.
